Welcome to Rock of Ages CME Church--The RocK. Here is some information to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting The Rock for the first time:

Atmosphere

It is important to that you feel welcome when visiting. The atmosphere is designed to make everyone who enters feel loved,  relaxed and comfortable. The music and worship are built around Biblical themes that are timeless. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy authentic  worship! You will be greeted and welcomed. The Holy Spirit of love predominates.  We pour out the love of God on all who enter.  As a result and unworldly peace and joy flow everywhere.  The Rock is a non-judgment zone.  There is no condemnation in this Body of Christ.  All are welcomed...all are accepted...Come as you are.

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics, you are welcome at The Rock and we're excited for you to consider being a part of our church family! Our intent is to serve the whole family. During our worship service we have care available for infants and children. Your children will receive real spiritual training from a group of caring leaders during your worship time.  With your children loving care for you will have the time to reflect and connect with the Spirit of God.

Sermon

From the pulpit you will hear sound expository preaching. The focus of each sermon is built around the point of the Biblical text being addressed. Our pattern of worship is to honor God with Praise, Prayer and Prophecy.

Biblical Teaching

Here at The Rock, we place a high priority on the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word. Other opportunities exist beyond the Sunday worship service where members have a chance to grow, fellowship, or otherwise be a part of a Church family that lives out their faith together. The mission of The Rock carries us out into the community to serve both the temporal and spiritual needs of our brothers and sisters in the world.
